The model
An owner, not a spectator
A holding company that merely collects dividends builds nothing. FORMATU does the opposite: it invests in the capital, takes on management responsibility, and puts in place the teams, the processes and the direction each company needs to reach its potential.
We have no exit horizon. The intended holding period is indefinite, and that changes everything: decisions are weighed over five years, not over the next quarter.

Thirty years in information technology, from developer to IT director, followed by a second career in high-end fittings and furniture. That dual background explains the group's positioning: creative businesses, run on systems and processes.
He currently leads Ebène Créations in Paris, together with UNICI Solutions and zalia in Porto, and devotes his time to strategy, execution and the development of the group.
